Cousins Distillery was born from a shared belief: spirits should be as refined as the moments they accompany.
Founded by kindred spirits with a deep respect for craftsmanship, we began with a simple but demanding vision—to create spirits of exceptional purity, balance, and character. This led us to develop a 13-stage distillation process, a disciplined method that removes impurities while preserving the subtle aromas and silky texture that define our house style.
Today, Cousins Distillery is home-grown in Canada and authentically rooted in Mexico. Our vodka is born from Canadian heirloom corn. Our tequila from 100% Blue Agave sourced from the volcanic soils of Jalisco, Mexico—the only region in the world legally recognized for tequila production. All crafted under the same exacting standards. All bound by the same thirteen-stage devotion.
